RESERVATION

The reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of payment for the stay.




RENT AND CHARGES

The amount of the rent and any applicable charges, as well as the tourist tax, is indicated on the booking form. The full amount of the stay is payable at the time of booking.


NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the consumer code relating in particular to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.




ANNULATION

- Cancellation by the tenant

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival

If the reservation is cancelled by the rental company up to 30 days before arrival, the sums paid will be fully refunded.

If the booking was made less than 30 days before arrival, a full refund will be given for any cancellation made within 48 hours of booking.

Partial refund up to 7 days before arrival

Beyond that, a 50% refund applies up to 7 days before arrival.

 

Less than 7 days before arrival

No refunds will be issued after this period.

 

- Cancellation by the owner

Cancellation made within 48 hours of booking

Given that the accommodation is offered for rent on other holiday rental sites, and in order to avoid double bookings, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 48 hours of the order, by making a full refund of the sums paid, without compensation or indemnity, or by offering other dates of stay.

Cancellation made after 48 hours

If the reservation is cancelled by the Landlord after 48 hours, they are obligated, under Article 1590 of the Civil Code, to refund double the deposit to the Tenant. All other sums paid will be fully refunded, without compensation or indemnity.


HEALTH CONTEXT

In the event of a lockdown or travel restriction/prohibition imposed by the French state on your dates of stay, the sums paid will be fully refunded.



SECURITY DEPOSIT

No security deposit will be required upon entry to the apartment.


ASSURANCES

The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by their actions. They are required to have vacation rental insurance to cover these risks. Failure to have insurance will result in liability for damages in the event of a claim. The landlord agrees to insure the property against rental risks. The tenant is obligated to notify the landlord within 24 hours of any damage occurring in the property, its outbuildings, or fixtures.
